- I am so excited that U-Tech is now bringing the experience of JIA to students outside of Michigan! My time at JIA was pivotal to my success later in life. The unique structure of the program allowed me the flexibility to tailor my education to fit my individual needs, which was a game-changer for me. I took advantage of my flexible schedule to enroll in college courses and collaborate with JIA/U-Tech staff to create custom curriculum that aligned with my post-high school goals.The tools and strategies I gained during my time at JIA equipped me to excel in graduate school and now in my career as a Data Scientist at Garmin. - In 2021 we found H Farm International School thanks to Worldschools. It was love at first sight. We left our beautiful Castellammare di Stabia to embrace the project of raising our two children Chloe and Ruben in an international environment, surrounded by greenery with a strong vocation for entrepreneurship and innovation. After 3 years we are happy with the choice motivated by the jumps of joy of the children who want to go back to school, as soon as they have left it. - JIA was the perfect choice for my middle and high school careers. JIA set me up for real success. While there I was able to take college courses, take 2 different tech center courses which set me up to pursue my career of Dental Hygiene. The staff at JIA really care for their students. They strive to make themselves available for their students and want to help them succeed. JIA gave me the chance to make lasting friendships with people from all throughout the school including classmates, those in grades around me and with the teachers! If you ask any JIA student they will tell you that flexibility is just one of many strong suits of JIA. While being flexible JIA also has the structure to keep a procrastinator, like myself, up on their work. Overall JIA was the best way for me to learn, grow, and truly set me up for life after high school while also giving me the best 4 years of high school I could ask for.Written July 8, 2024
- We have been parents here at Fairfax Christian for the past three years. We now have a child in each level of the school, lower, middle and high school. The school kept our children safe and in school during the tumultuous time of the pandemic and we will be forever grateful. We have been blessed with teachers who are attentive and care about the character and education of our children. - I’ve been attending BHS for 2 year now and I’ve never felt more comfortable in my life. Assignments are fun challenging and electives are endless so I chose graphic design because I’m majoring it next year since I’m graduating this year. Barcelona High School, you changed my perspectives on schools because I was always very anxious at the schools but everyone here feels like family and it’s my home away from home and I never really expected to say that about an educational school system. I’ve felt more creative ever since I started attending BHS. I also felt very loved and understood when I needed to be. Subjects like math and chemistry (which she never liked before) she now enjoys because of the excellent teachers. The school environment is inclusive, open and fun.
