Extra curricular

At ISG, we believe in a well-rounded, balanced learning experience that contributes not only to students' intellectual development but also to their personal, social, physical, health, moral and emotional development.
Each of our schools offers a variety of after-school activities, that change every term, to cater to different interests and develop different skills throughout the year.
Activity categories include arts and crafts, sports, languages, wellbeing and performance arts. In middle school and high schools, these activities include student council, eco clubs, journalism, service opportunities, National Honor Society and Model United Nations (MUN).
Our students develop their passions, find their voices and develop their leadership, creativity and collaboration skills, among others.
Athletics

Beginning in Grade 6/Year 7, students can join soccer/football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, table tennis, badminton, cross country, track and field and swimming.

Students signup for local or international trips, where they can explore a new city or experience a new culture. A service project is planned with every trip.
In past years students have built a road to a rice field in Thailand, volunteered at a school for the blind in Sri Lanka, refurbished a school in South Africa, learned about ocean pollution in Zanzibar and volunteered at a food bank in Portugal, to name a few.
